What do we expect from our crew?
All of our crew are reliable and always on time. They’re proactive and show initiative. You’ve got to be a team player, and be willing to work hard and learn. No job is the same, but some common responsibilities for crew includes loading and unloading trucks, rigging and de-rigging, from lights, sound and AV equipment. Crew also do lighting, power, and AV installation, and build and dismantle sets, sceneries and stages. To be a part of our crew you need good common sense and communications skills, and must be presentable, polite and well-mannered with everyone you encounter!
Essential Skills & Requirements
To work with us you must be over the age of 18 and have a right to work in the UK. You need to have a good standard of spoken English and have a flexible approach to working hours - sometimes sociable hours, as events are not a 9 to 5 business! Non-essential licences for increased earning potential can be forklift licences including Counterbalance, Rough Terrain or Telescopic Handler. Additionally Scissor Lift or Cherry Picker licence, PASMA, Working at Height (Plus equipment), CSCS and SPA Cards.
