Mobile World Congress Barcelona

MWC Barcelona is held in the extensive exhibition and trade centre Fira Gran Via, one of the largest venues of this kind in Europe. Alpha Crew had a team of 100+ staff who worked a monumental combined total of 5,000+ hours covering everything from set-up to load out. We provided Forklift Operatives, General Crew, Production Crew, and Man in a Van services to help build our clients' visions and get everything up and running on time.

This year Alpha Crew's clients were the renowned events marketing and experiential creative agencies BrandFuel, Jack Morton, Wonder London, Smyle, Aztec and 2LK Design. We supported the production teams to set up stands and activation zones and worked on Amazon, Meta, Android, Google and Ericsson stands for our clients.

Alpha Crew were on standby during the four live days to implement any potential last-minute changes as quickly as possible. When MWC Barcelona came to a close for another year, we worked within a set timeframe to dismantle, pack down and load out from Fira Gran Via, ready for the next inspiring event.
