1. Get in touch with us via email at info@alphacrew.co.uk or phone +44 (0) 20 8801 1630 to let us know what you need transporting. Please let us know when and where you need the equipment to be collected and delivered.

2. We’ll get back to you shortly with a quote for this service.

3. When you’re happy with the arrangement, we’ll confirm the job and book the driver and van for your event. Easy!

- What areas do you serve with your event transport service?

We proudly offer our event transport services throughout England and Scotland, ensuring reliable and efficient transportation for your events in these regions.

  • - How much notice is required to book the service?

Typically we advise giving 12 hours notice, but if you require something more last minute, please give our office team a call and we’ll see what we can do for you!

  • - What types of equipment can you transport?

We can transport any type of equipment, such as audio-visual equipment and materials, truss systems, decor, signage, furniture, and marquees. Food is the only thing we can't transport but we have everything else covered!

  • - Are there any size or weight limits for the equipment?

We have various size vehicles available for transport. All size limits will be fully explained on our rate card, which you will receive from us before your quote is sent.

  • - How do you ensure the safety of the equipment during transport?

We take the utmost care when transporting equipment to make sure it arrives safely and securely. We use protective materials, including blankets and ratchet straps, to prevent damage during transit and ensure we have enough people available to handle and move large, heavy items with precision.
